• Aulternatives accepts payment via cash, check, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa.  All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
• We provide estimates for all services and supplements.  If you require an estimate, please, request such prior to your visit and before the doctor proceeds with diagnostic procedures and treatment.
